Sarah Johnson
Sarah is the Community Network Coordinator at Mesa County Public Health and has a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Sarah was formerly the director of Child and Family Programs at Strive, which supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. She curates an Instagram account called OlderWiserStronger about active, outdoor women over 40 and loves to ski, mountain bike, read, cook, get better at Spanish and hang out with her daughter, husband, and two dogs.

Fran Parker
Fran balances the responsibility of work with the heavy demands of her two feline dependents, Daisy and Lily. Mostly, she tries to do what she can to stay healthy herself. Having spent all of her career working in non-profits and government, she moved to the Grand Valley from Wisconsin in 2006. She is a health promotion specalist at theMesa County Health Department.
