Lindsay Maurer is an exercise physiologist and massage therapist. She is part of the amazing Wellness Team at Colorado Canyons Hospital and Medical Center in Fruita. This team of exercise physiologists offers exercise programming for people of all levels including those with chronic conditions. From small group personal training for all levels, to boxing for people with Parkinson’s disease, to classes on fall prevention, lifestyle change, weight management and more we have you covered.
